Electricity is all around us keeping us warm, connected and alive. Mixing this current with water is typically dangerous, however, the eel elegantly sustains life in such an environment. Inspired by the rebellious nature of our aquatic friend and the energy that electricity provides, this show invites you to explore lawlessness, illumination and elegance in the form of art.
Join us at the Side Rail Collective on October 14th for an art show and the soft opening of Eel and the Electrician - a burgeoning lifestyle market and mocktail bar. We provide a collection of high quality products with a punky aesthetic and curated mocktails with a fermented jolt.
Artists from the Side Rail Collective art studio will portray their works alongside local artists and friends at the historic Bertoli Hall in Georgetown, Seattle. Complimentary snacks and beverages will be offered in the Hinge Studio - a resident architecture firm - space.
Eel and the Electrician is a burgeoning lifestyle market making its soft debut at this show. We will provide a mocktail bar and a pop-up shop offering a curated collection of housewares, trinkets and apparel.
